Refund Policy
This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which Vylentro ("we", "us", "our") will consider and process refund requests for paid educational services. We are committed to treating all refund requests fairly, transparently, and in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Free Content
A significant portion of Vylentro's educational content — including all articles, guides, and introductory resources published on our website — is provided free of charge. No payment is required to access this content, and therefore no refund considerations apply to it.
2. Paid Services
Where Vylentro offers paid educational programmes, sessions, or services, the following refund conditions apply.
2.1 Right to Cancel (Digital Services)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase of a digital service within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), unless you have expressly consented to the service beginning before the end of the cancellation period and acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost as a result.
2.2 Refund Conditions
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You cancel within 14 days of purchase and the service has not yet commenced
- We are unable to deliver the service as described and cannot offer a suitable alternative
- The service delivered significantly differs from what was described at the time of purchase
- A technical issue attributable to Vylentro prevents you from accessing content you have paid for
2.3 Partial Refunds
Where a service has partly commenced at the time of cancellation, we may offer a partial refund proportionate to the portion of the service not yet delivered, at our reasonable discretion.
2.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- The 14-day cancellation period has expired and the service has been delivered as described
- A request is made on the basis of a change of personal circumstances rather than a fault with our service
- You have substantially completed a programme or course
- The refund request relates to dissatisfaction with educational outcomes, given that Vylentro makes no outcome guarantees
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- The service or programme purchased
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days and to process eligible refunds within 14 calendar days of approval.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds via a different payment method unless the original method is no longer available.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request, you may contact Citizens Advice for guidance on your consumer rights, or refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution scheme. You also retain the right to seek legal remedy through the courts of England and Wales.
6. No Income or Outcome Guarantee
Dissatisfaction with learning outcomes, digital skill development, or personal expectations is not a basis for a refund. Vylentro makes no guarantees regarding the speed of learning, personal progress, or any financial, career, or employment outcome. Our services are educational in nature, and individual outcomes vary.
